Is your new furniture missing an assembly part or hardware? Let’s get your assembly back on track! Use the following steps to help determine your next steps:

  • Your missing part might not be missing at all. It might be that the parts are stored in places for shipping that make them tough to spot. Review the assembly instructions received with the order item to determine if your furniture parts are hidden. Parts may be secured under the seat or headboard and must be mentioned in assembly guide.
  • If after checking for hidden parts, you are still missing something, we’ll send you replacement parts or hardware for free within 30 days of delivery.

To get started drop us an email at hi@artisanelm.com with the missing part # as per assembly instructions and order #. Our team will help resolve the issue asap.

Missing Parts Policy:

You must contact us about any missing parts within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

If a replacement part doesn’t solve the problem, you can request a refund or replacement item. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.
