Qualified returns are refunded only once we receive the item back in good condition. Please read our return policy to understand qualified returns. If your returned item is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse / deny the refund. Please keep the return shipment documents and tracking info safe until your return case is closed.

How will my return be refunded?

When returning an item, you can choose to receive your refund as store credit (never expires!) or to your original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?

Timing of your refund is dependent on your refund method.

  • Store Credit and Gift Card: We will credit your account within 2 business days once we receive notification that your item(s) have arrived at our Returns Center or have been returned in store.
  • Credit Card: We will initiate your refund once we receive notification that your item(s) have arrived at our Returns Center or have been returned in store. Typically, you should see your refund reflected in your account within 5-7 days from carrier drop off or pick up, but it may take up to 2 weeks
  • All other methods: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund. For cash purchases, you may be refunded as a corporate check.

If your returned item is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund.

Will my delivery ship fees or services be refunded?

Any delivery ship fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • any shipping and handling charge for the order including upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
  • Assembly services included with delivery

Are there any deductions?

Deductions are made in accordance with our return policy. Following are the charges which will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Return shipping & handling cost
  • Manufacturer’s / seller’s restocking fee (if applicable)
  • In case order was delivered with free shipping a flat handling fee of $150 for each large item and $50 for each other items (sent with UPS or FedEx) will be deducted from refund.

Late or missing refunds?

If artisanelm has issued refund to original form of payment and it do not show up in you account in reasonable time, do the following:

  • First check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
